Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may only cancel before a tracking number is issued. Once you are given a tracking number, you can no longer cancel.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST FUNDS DUE TO THE BANK SIDING WITH US.
